History
An Amsterdam based veterinary clinic and a pet shipping agent located at Amsterdam Schiphol airport decided
to combine their expertise on pet import and export and established Pet Travel Clinic together.
The veterinary clinic was looking for a direct contact with the different airlines and the pet shipper needed
more direct veterinary expertise. Both were looking to enhance their service package for owners and their pets.
Not knowing each others existence, two employees of both companies met in a gym.
Due to their similar view on animal wellfare in both healthcare and in transport the directors of both
companies (Marnix Lamberts and Marc Verhaart) started what has now become Pet Travel Clinic.
